Bob Ulrich | Vice President of Field Development
Bob has been with Viridian since May of 2010, and brings with him with more than 20 years of experience in the direct-sales industry. His past roles have included many executive and leadership positions at Tupperware, where he most recently served as the managing director and president of Tupperware Korea.
He also served as president and CEO of AdvoCare, a nutritional supplement direct sales company based in Texas. Bob’s vast experience in both corporate and distributor roles have given him the perfect experience and knowledge to lead Viridian’s Field Development Program. His hands-on style and personable demeanor serve to add to his ability to reach out to Viridian’s growing Associate base.
“This coming year marks the 30th year I have been in this wonderful industry of direct selling. When I look back, attending live events had the most impact on my business, especially the national conventions and conferences where the big “reveals” would take place. The excitement began to build several months prior to the event and I COULD NOT WAIT for what I was going to experience, and especially what my team was going to be the first to see. We were always the first to register and in ‘poker terms,’ we were ALL IN!
The most anticipated part of being at the national convention was the networking with my peers and the "best practices" training I was going to witness, to not only to fill my cup, but my team's as well.
We’re in a personal development industry, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing people succeed in this journey. Maybe you’ll learn this in a breakout training session. In my case, it was having breakfast with the top couple in the business, who shared with me their steps to success. It literally changed the course of my business and career."
